Review of the Month
” I am truly impressed by how quickly my daughter has been learning and improving her skills with each lesson. Paul consistently demonstrates professionalism, knowledge, patience, and experience. His clear communication creates a motivated and creative environment, and the level of student engagement has been — in my opinion — one of the best tools for keeping my daughter focused and excited to learn.”

Pet of the Month
Jessie
Owner name: Mia & Family
An ode to our sweet girl, Jessie ❤️
Jessie was the best doggy in the whole wide world. We sadly had to say goodbye to her on September 5, 2025. She was 14 years old.
We brought her home as a tiny six-week-old puppy in Lima, Peru, when we were still living there. Over the years, she truly traveled the globe with us — from Peru to Finland, to Arizona, to British Columbia, Canada, and back again to Arizona.
Jessie was gentle with kids, always up for fun, and absolutely loved her walks. She was also very scared of the dark — something that made her even more endearing to us.
We lovingly called her “Vlooitjies” (little flea), and we miss her more than words can say. She will always be part of our family. ❤️

Student Video of the Month
Ivan Baez
Teacher: Katie Harkins
After watching Interstellar, I felt a deep connection to the music. Playing this piece helps me escape the stress of daily homework and express emotions I don’t always have words for.

Featured Teacher – Zhujun (June) Pan
We are proud to feature Zhujun (June) Pan, one of our outstanding piano instructors at Allegro.
With over 20 years of teaching experience and 20 years of performance experience, June brings a deep and well-rounded musical background in Classical, Pop, and Film music to her students. Her lessons combine technical excellence with musical expression, helping students build both skill and confidence.
June earned her Doctorate of Music Arts from the Peabody Conservatory of The Johns Hopkins University, one of the most prestigious music institutions in the country.
Outside the studio, she is a toy poodle lover and enjoys napping — a balance of discipline and joy that reflects beautifully in her teaching style.
