  • Withdrawals
To end your lessons and stop future tuition payments, please reach out to our office anytime before we close on the last day before the next monthly billing cycle. No refunds will be given for unused credits.
  • Missed Music Lessons and Make-up Lessons
Private music lessons can be rescheduled online with 24 hour notice. A makeup credit will be issued to your account which you can use to schedule a make up lesson with an available teacher. You may generate up to 6 make up lesson credits per 12 month period. Make up credits expire 90 days from the date they are issued.
  • Substitute Teachers
In order to maintain student progress, the school schedules substitute teachers when a regularly scheduled teacher is ill or otherwise unable to teach. No refunds or make-up lessons will be given if the student does not attend a lesson with a substitute. If no substitute is available, a service credit will be issued.
  • Schedule
All lessons and classes are continuous, and students may retain their spot as long as they like.
  • Instructional Time: The last 5 minutes of each lesson is not instructional time – this time is reserved for packing up, finishing homework notes, touching base with a parent or guardian, and teacher preparation for starting the next lesson on time.
  • Extreme Weather: If the school must cancel classes due to extreme weather or events beyond our control such as power outages, emergencies, etc, a service credit will be issued.
  • Injuries and Treatment
The school will provide any medical assistance they deem appropriate for minors enrolled in our programs, and all expenses incurred are the responsibility of parents or guardians of that child. Adult students and the parents or legal guardians of minors waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on school property resulting from activities conducted by the students before, during, or after lessons and classes.
