Pet of the Month

Dobby

Owner name: Sydney Thayer

Dobby is the sweetest little pup who loves cuddles, playing fetch, and coming to work. He’s a goofy guy with a few funny quirks—like being scared of cardboard boxes and paper bags.

After battling valley fever a few years ago, Dobby is now happy, healthy, and full of energy again. He’s truly the best dog and a big part of our family.

Student Video of the Month

Alex Murillo

Teacher: Eric Ashley

When Eric introduced me to “Make Them Hear You,” I didn’t fully understand it at first. But after hearing Brian Stokes Mitchell, I was deeply inspired. As a person of color, I connected to its message about telling our story—not their story, but OUR story.

It’s a powerful piece about moving forward, sharing our experiences, and being heard. I’m so proud to have performed it and to show Eric the result of our hard work.
